Better Living Environment Pty Ltd is a creation of Stuart ONeill. As a 'young' 36 year old when the land at Sale Maffra rd was purchased, it was always my intention to bring a warm and fuzzy feel type development to Sale. In the markets where I do most of my property, if you're not 110% committed to customer focus, success is always harder to achieve.
My family consists of a fabulous wife (Melanie) and 3 active young boys. All of my family is directly involved with many of the outcomes of our projects. At The Boulevard, I am developing a family oriented living environment on the basis of pleasing my children's vision of how families can maximise life and living.
Stuart ONeill has an extensive business background which commenced in 1990 when he opted to become self employed. Property investing commenced in 1994 and has continued to this day. The residents of the thriving City of Sale will enjoy my vision and benefit for many years while living at The Boulevard.
