The developer of "The Boulevard" Better Living Environment, believes the
environment includes kids of all ages and adults of all ages and wildlife. With
this in mind, The Boulevard will have it's own private and landscaped
recreational area with state of the art BBQ facilities, excellent shade from the
summer sun, shelters to shield the Gippsland rains and best of all a park that
will be safe and loads of fun for all members of your family. The park will
designed to please the active fitness person as well as attract many types of
birds. Further drawings will be added as the design process continues.
Stage 1 has the following lots available:
1, 2, 3, 11, 13, 16, 17, 18.
Stage 2 has the following lots available:
19, 20, 21, 22 ,23, 25, 26, 28.
